if you are good in poetry write a sweet poem for her, record it for her and when you meet her play the record and then see her melting and then ask her the question and even you are not that good in poetry then also a sing a beautiful and romantic song which show your feelings but i personally feel that poem is a better option and love makes everyone a good poet so just try once may be you create a good one.

Flowers are always lovers best friends

give her a bouquet of red roses when she meets you and combine it with any other idea or send flowers at her place, starting from a single rose then just increasing the size of bouquets with Romantic note in each describing what she is to you and then the sweet promises of yours. And then come up with one bouquet and the ring yourself and ask the question.

Plan your date
take her for a nice movie ,go for a drive .take her to a romantic dinner.

spend the whole day with her.pay attention to what she does.girls notice small things so show her small signs of your care the whole day.be gentle make that whole day special .when the sun is going to set take her to the place you both love to be at or where you met first time and ask her the question while bending on your knees.

Love Letter/Greeting:
old conventional method but still very effective write her a beautifuly caligraphed Sample love letter.

Write all your memories,the time you have spent together,how is she so special.dont go filmy while writing,be genuine and slowly arrive to your point. a hand made greeting card with all these things is also a good option

Looooooooooooooooooooong Drive:

just take her to a long drive play light music in a car . long drive is one of the best way to spend time with her, laugh with her and spend quality time with her and near about at the end of the journey you can propose her. ( Or what you can do during a journey just tell her what kind of girl you want and tell her that you like some one and give her the description of herself only , she will automatically understand and at the end you can propose her.)
